Hi, I’m Kris 👋🏼 — a trained, qualified and accredited (TQA) coach with a unique background spanning 14 years in startup engineering, user experience & entrepreneurship, 7 years in communications, medical marketing & PR, and 10 years in recovery coaching.

I've helped build, scale, and coach startup CEOs from the ground up, navigating everything from product development and user experience to marketing, leadership, and resilience. As an entrepreneur, I know the highs and lows of startup life — the passion, the pressure, the hustle and the burnout that can creep in. I've guided founders, tech leaders, and executives through the challenges of scaling businesses while staying mentally and emotionally strong.

But my coaching isn't just about business — it's about you.

My journey into coaching began with personal tragedy. When my best friend ended his life, it forced me to refocus my career on helping people — something I had already been doing as a volunteer recovery coach and keyworker for over a decade. I started by working with addiction and behavioural change, delivering thousands of hours of personalised coaching for professionals struggling with substance abuse, stress, and self-sabotage.

Having lived and worked across Australia, the Netherlands, Spain, and New Zealand, I bring a global perspective on leadership, resilience, and personal growth. I’ve overcome my own set of challenges — grief, rejection, career shifts, burnout, and breakups — turning adversity into a superpower. I use my values of integrity, loyalty, honesty, acceptance, authenticity and continual development in all sessions that helps my clients break barriers, shift their mindset, and step into their full potential.
